Our Breathwork Circles are intentionally designed cycles of breathing, where we move through a cycle of Activation, Process & Integration. The journeys can be profoundly liberating on different levels. You will learn to use the breath as a vehicle to travel through your body, mind and spirit.
Resulting in nervous system regulation, deep relaxation, and true acceptance of yourself and others while embracing and releasing old patterns of tension.
Through this compassionate breathwork practice, many clients experience profound shifts as their body's innate wisdom guides the healing process.
