I support people in coming back into connection with themselves. In many ways, my work is about helping you come home to yourself.
I’ve always been drawn to understanding people beyond what is visible on the surface. Not just what someone is thinking, but what they are holding underneath. The patterns, the emotional layers, and the way the body carries experience over time.
Over the years, I kept noticing the same thing. People could understand themselves deeply, and still feel stuck in the same reactions. Insight was there, but something underneath had not shifted.
That is what shaped how I work now.
When you come into this space, there is no expectation to have things figured out. You do not need the right words or a clear explanation. We start with where you are and gently pay attention to what is happening in real time, in your thoughts, your emotions, and your body.
There is space here to slow down.
Space to notice what is usually missed. And over time, space for things to begin to shift in a way that feels steady and real.
Get to know Bec
My work is where top-down approaches, such as psychotherapy meet bottom-up approaches, including somatic experiencing, breathwork, and subconscious work.
More importantly, it is guided by your system. We are not trying to force change or push past anything. We are listening to what your system is ready for, and working with that.
I often work with people who are thoughtful, self-aware, and used to holding a lot. From the outside, they are managing. On the inside, it can feel like a constant effort. If that feels familiar, you are not alone in it.
