Feeling low is not always a lack of strength.
Sometimes it is what happens when a person has been carrying too much for too long, without enough support, safety or space to rest.

Depression, lowness & DISCONNECTION

Sometimes low mood is not just sadness, but a sense of feeling flat, numb, emotionally exhausted or disconnected from yourself and the world around you. You may feel withdrawn, overwhelmed, unmotivated, or unsure of who you are underneath the weight of everything you’ve been carrying. For some, it can feel like being stuck in survival mode or moving through life in a kind of emotional shutdown.

This work offers a compassionate, nervous-system-informed space to slow down and gently reconnect with yourself at a pace that feels supportive and safe. Together, we explore what may be sitting underneath the heaviness, while supporting your nervous system to move out of patterns of shutdown, overwhelm, functional freeze or emotional disconnection.

Our sessions may draw on somatic work, subconscious exploration and breathwork practices to support emotional healing, self-awareness, nervous system regulation and a deeper sense of connection within yourself and your life.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin.
Sometimes healing starts simply by having a space where you no longer have to hold it all alone.
