Sometimes the body does not need to be pushed or fixed.
It needs moments of safety, breath and support, so the nervous system can soften enough to remember that it no longer has to stay in survival mode.

FBR Breathwork & Nervous System Support

A wooden desk with a closed black laptop, a white notepad with a pen, a small stack of white books, a glass vase with a purple flower, a white table lamp, and a cream-colored ceramic cup on the right.

Some doors only open from the inside. Breath can be a powerful way of accessing those deeper layers of the body, nervous system and subconscious mind in a gentle and supported way.

These sessions use Facilitated Breath Re-patterning (FBR), a breath and bodywork approach that combines conscious breathing with targeted release of tension held within the body. This process can support nervous system regulation, emotional release and deeper connection with yourself, particularly when words alone do not fully reach what is being held underneath the surface.

Rather than forcing change, this work honours your nervous system and follows the body’s natural pace and wisdom. Sessions are guided with care, attunement and support, creating the safety needed for deeper patterns, emotions and experiences to emerge and be processed over time.

Breathwork may support:

  • stress, anxiety and overwhelm

  • emotional processing and release

  • nervous system regulation

  • feeling disconnected from yourself or your body

  • accessing deeper self-awareness and insight

  • releasing old patterns of tension and protection
